Andrew Ware has been a real estate agent in Southern New Jersey for 19 years, carving out a niche in land sales due to the region’s rural nature and limited home inventory. His first major sale of a 110-acre farm set the stage for a successful career, allowing him to specialize in land and luxury homes while maintaining a higher-than-average sales price. While most of his residential work remains in Southern New Jersey, his land listings have taken him across the state. To further expand his reach, he founded The Ware Group. Beyond real estate, Andrew is deeply involved in community service, holding leadership roles in various local organizations. He also enjoys writing and has published a novel.
